Bread Sword

Nickname for the Tempered Sword, aka Red Sword, the third level sword. Deals damage equal to the Magic Hammer. While not required for a run, the increased damage speeds up boss fights.

The Bread Sword got it’s nickname when a few people misheard “red sword” as “bread sword” and continued to call it that as a compliment to the Butter sword.

Other nicknames heard for the tempered sword: The Flamin’ Hot Cheeto Sword, The Bacon Sword, and the PhD sword (because it follows the Master Sword in progression).
