Old Man Kisses

Refers to the act of quickly speaking to the Old Man in the Death Mountain start point cave. Often utilized by players because 1. the Old Man’s dialogue boxes have been removed making it a very quick move, and 2. the player gets full health.

These are likely referred to as Old Man “kisses” because they give you hearts and the heart recovery sound effect sort of sounds like kissing noises. Sort of.
